Roar.

This was the usual fast turn around and low budget production, but a lot of fun to work on.

The budget only stretched to 4 basic helmets for the armies and 4 of each. They were built in wood and car putty then cast out in metal powder in resin to give a metallic finish.

Same with the weapons, only a couple of each and very minimal detail. The Roman army had to pass around 4 swords.

Every episode had its array of odd props. We got really good at getting these things out in a couple of days and onto set.

More odd props. We got to see a very young Heath Ledger throwing himself well into the part with great enthusiasm.
